As labour intensive industry it has become a challenge to identify the skill of operators which can give the best performance level.
We can have many multi skill operators, but which task can give optimum result? Do their current works motivate them to perform better? Can we push them more for better result? OR, have we assigned the wrong tasks so they cannot give good result?
The above questions are hardly raised by factories because these seem to be hidden and/or there is no systematic approach to help in this area.
